After a long interceptor pipeline install the next large neighborhood project has started construction. The MotroParks Melanie Jan LaPlant Dressel Park on the adjacent lot is expect to take 8-12 months to complete. It’s a welcome addition to the neighborhood and yet another asset on the Tacoma Waterway.
