Ship Lofts LLC, a Tacoma WA mixed-use Thea Foss Waterway luxury condo development, is proud to announce that GeoTility has joined the Ship Lofts A team.

GeoTility has worked on some fantastic project, including the Lucas Museum above.  Their Geothermal “Comfort Systems” brings the most innovate systems to the forefront of eco sustainable heat and cooling for all types of buildings.

They will lead the Ship Loft’s Geothermal Engineering and Installation.
